My name is Maggie Schluth and I'm a photographer and filmmaker from the Philadelphia area. I find myself most drawn to tableau-style portraiture and travel photography. As for filmmaking, I enjoy shooting and editing my own shorts but am especially interested in production design and development roles on larger projects.
I’ve always had a love of the past, and what I create often reflects that. I was practicing a Transatlantic accent from the time I could speak and trying to teach myself  Singin’ in the Rain choreography since I could walk. Much of my work is a product of my appreciation for the vitality of the Old Hollywood era, with my inspiration frequently stemming from silent films and vintage magazine spreads.
A recent graduate of Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communications, I have a B.F.A. in Film, Photography, and Visual Arts and a minor in English. Over the past several years, I've gained significant experience in the development, production, and post-production processes for film and television. Studying at Ithaca also allowed me to discover my love for photography as I honed my capturing, editing, and developing talents. As someone driven by my passion for all forms of art and the people who create it, I am eager to explore any opportunities that will allow me to further my career in the entertainment industry.
