As Lily begins her senior year of high school, she's met with uncertainty about her future and tension in her relationship with her single mother, Christina. Through a series of arguments, flashbacks, and intimate exchanges, we explore the complex bond between the 18-year-old and her mother as the high schooler navigates her social life and plans for the following fall.
